Welcome to PRACTICE! Yeah I’m talkin’ bout practice. I hear some of you out there saying “Woaahhh Nelly! I don’t think I got the time to spend excermacizin for 5 hours a week with these silly triathlon folk” But thats ok because they’re all optional!
New this Winter Quarter are indoor run practice at the French Field House with the Running Club! It sure beats trekking through the snow. Make it to the practices you can! Have a good time! Come out and eat with us after practice occasionally (why else do you think we work so hard at this anyway?) And for those of you with a taste for something of the more competitive flavor I strongly encourage you to check out Coach Rick’s Training Peaks program which dues paying members get access to without paying all those silly fees! Day Activity Time Location
Monday: Swimming 8:00 pm Class pool @ RPAC
Tuesday: Running 7:00 pm RPAC Patio then run to French Field House for indoor running at 7:30!
Friday: Spinning 6:00 pm B30 (in the Cardio Canyon at the RPAC)
Saturday: Stay tuned and check the Facebook Page for weekend plans. They change depending on the weather!
